Vengeance -- This is going to be the best thing about a blog! I am working on Vengeance daily and I don't think I've ever been this excited about a book! It has come a long ways, as all manuscripts should. But I have employed several new sculpting techniques. Right now, I have already rewritten the first forty pages, and gone over, fixing each character strand. I did a whole revision just to get the magic right. It has really come together more than I ever imagined! Right now, I'm about 65% done with the last (un-updated) character strand, or timeline. After I do that, I still need to rewrite the ending, introduce several continuing themes and stands of character progression that will continue through the series.
I thought the first draft, at 400 pages was good. At 530 pages, with most of the dialog rewritten, it has exceeded my previous expectations for a book that I would hope to write!
